We offer a variety of summer programmes for teenagers aged 13-17.

General Information

  • Dates for 2022:

  • Courses start on a Monday with arrivals on the Sunday prior to the start of the course.
  • Maximum of 15 in a mixed nationality group.
  • Host family accommodation all meals included.
  • Only one student of any nationality in each host family (unless requested)
  • 15 hours of English language tuition per week.
  • Students tested before arrival or on their first day.
  • 5 afternoon activities or excursions per week.
  • All day excursion each weekend (normally on Sunday).
  • Free day with the host family every weekend (normally on Saturday).
  • 1 organized evening activity each week.
  • Course materials.
  • Welcome pack.
  • Bus pass/train pass for local travel if required.
  • End of course certificate and report.

English + multi activities

Learn English, enjoy a variety of sports/activities and visit some of the beautiful places Devon has to offer. 

This course includes: 

  • 15 hours of English lessons per week in a group of no more than 15 students; 
  • 5 afternoon sports/activities + 1 evening activity per week; 
  • 1 full day excursion at the weekend; 
  • full board accommodation with a host family. Only one student per nationality (unless you request to stay with a friend) 

English and Performing Arts

       

 English and Tennis

Are you a budding actor? Do you enjoy singing and dancing? This course offers students the chance to improve their English and theatre skills. There are two options - drama and musical - which can also be combined for the really keen.

  • 15 hours per week of English lessons and 4 afternoon Performing Arts workshops + 1 afternoons of local excursions/sport + Sunday excursion + 1 evening activity per week,

 

  

This course includes:

  • 15 hours per week English;
  • 3 afternoons per week of tennis with professional coaching, with a friendly tournament to finish;
  • 2 afternoons of local excursions + Sunday excursion +1 evening activity
