Have a go at making Bread and learn more about "food miles" and where your food comes from.
An afternoon spent in the professional kitchens situated at Occombe Farm. The students will design & make their own bread which can be eaten, taken back to their host family or, if it is done at the end of their visit they can take it back to their parents.
They will also learn more about organic food and explore "Food Miles". Learning, in English, more about the journey that their food has to take and the impact it has on their environment.
